Brief introduction |
| Methyl
tin mercaptide Heat Stabilizer (called 181 for short)
is currently the plastic heat stabilizer with the most
excellent performance, which is very effective for the
rolling, extrusion, and injection molding of hard PVC.
Due to its high safety, it is especially applicable to
food packing and hard PVC products (such as transparent
fake materials, plate materials and heat contracting membranes).
Moreover, it has been widely applied to plastic doors
and windows, water pipes, decorating materials, so as
to replace other plastic heat stabilizers that has high
toxicity. Therefore it has been widely used in USA, Europe,
Japan. Over the recent years, 181 has been applied in
a large quantity. Because 181's stability is much better
than other organic tin stabilizer, the relevant products
have better performance. WL-181 brand Methyl tin mercaptide
(the following is called WL-181 in brief) heat stabilizer
is developed by our company after three years. All the
indexes of this product have been test by the chemical
products quality supervision and inspection station of
Zhejiang Province, and reach the level of American similar
products, among which, toxicity index is certified to
completely comply with FDA standard. It can be used for
food-packaging material. The appearance, transparency,
softening and heat stability of this product reach the
level of TM-181-FS product and can replace at equal amount. |

Through certification of international
authoritative organization, among organic stannum heat
stabilizing agents, Methyl tin mercaptide has the highest
heat stability and the best early dyeing property.
2. Minimum quantity of material
In the same effect, the quantity
of WL-181 is less than butyl tin£¬octyl tin by 15-20%.
3. Reliable safety
WL-181 can be used for food-packing
material.
4. High performances of the products
PVC product using WL-181 is good
in transparency, pure in color. The smell is little and
can disappear quickly. What's more, it can rarely been
extracted by water and alcohol and so on.

Packing, storage and warning |
Packing:in
net 225KG plastic drum or in net 1180KG IBC (Intermediate
Bulk Contained).
Storage: Store in cool and dry place, 15-30C recommended,
upside, keep tightly closed.
Warning: No contact to mouth and eyes, if contact to skin,
flush with soap and water immediately.
